We are able to login fmc via cli admin password but not unable to login in fmc GUI via admin password.
So Please suggest what we need to do to reset the GUI admin Password?
Thanks

Hi,
You've used the usertool.pl script to reset the password for FMC but your sharing a screenshot for CIMC.
Are you trying to get into FMC or CIMC as they are two different things ?

Yeah i noticed that those are two different things , but i was under the impression that the command changed the login of the CIMC web-access ..
I have assigned an ip address to the management port of the server with DHCP and expected to reset the CICM , so this command resets the web access of the FMC .. then it is clear that this will not work. My apologies for the confusion ..

I have a weird problem when i log into the Firepower the web page GUI is like this below, anyone know how to fix this. I can ssh to the command prompt. but haven't figured out what i need to do other then factory reset and reload, it is a production firewall, so it would be a weekend thing to reset.
