7815 hardware error

I have a 7815-2000 which keep on generating the following error in the event log.

Fan sensor 0 fell below threshold of 0 RPM. The current value is 0 RPM.

Anyone seen this error before or know how to turn it off. The source of the error is from Director Agent.
