Hello Community,
On a scenario with a Cisco 8800 Series phone on CUCM v11, that is has configured 2 lines (DN1 and DN2 were DN2 is a shared line) to always have DN1 as the primary line when the phone goes from off-hook to on-hook?
The reason that I am asking is because when I pick up the shared line (DN2) which is for example for Support and then hung-up, then the phone remains on that line (line 2) and not the DN1, which is my personal line. Consequently, I have to remember and manual switch from DN2 to DN1.
Is there any suggestion for configuration on the CUCM for this?
