Attendant Console- Broadcast Calls

I have configured a hunt group for Broadcast Hunting with CCM v4.1.3.

When we call the pilot, it directly into MOH (as designed) but it does not show up on the broadcast Calls window. The console is logged in and the user/lines have been added to the Huntgroup.

Is there any other setting that needs to be done to show the call on the broadcast window?

If all is configured correctly:

(Pilot points, not Hunt pilots)

(Hunt groups not line groups)

(Using acconfig.bat to setup broadcast Hunting for ac, not broadcast hunting for line groups)

All AC clients are pointing to one server, PUB/SUB?

All servers running CTI/TCD?

No firewall in the AC clients?

Maker sure when they login they go online and also make sure to reset the TCD & CTI Manager services once

Thanks guys.. I had install 4.1.3sr1. It was a bug :(
