Does anyone now where can I buy VG248 cable for analog lines? 24 UTP lines.
Maybe Fluke, Cisco

We just use a male amphenol cable and punch it to a 66-block for our cross-connects. Works fine.

I took a different approach, an RJ21 M-FM cable with RJ11 breakout, thust no punchdown, and clean with less chance for punchdown errors, of course you will need 2 cables and 2 breakout boxes:
