Cisco CDR Analysis and Reporting allow you to extract calls by directory number within System Reports / Traffic / Summary By Phone Number. The problem is that if you add several extensions the result is the sum of the calls and I need calls of each extension.
Is there any way to show the total calls of each directory number without having to go one to one?

You may try the CDR > Search > By User / Phone Number / SIP URL

The Enterprise Overview Report on either our TIM Plus or TIM Enterprise product would show you this. You can download a free trial if you want to play with it. If logging less than 400 directory numbers, try TIM Plus, if more than that try TIM Enterprise. http://www.tri-line.com/cisco/
