Hi,
I'm having a bit of an issue with the Call Back feature. When you activate Callback on an extension and it becomes availible you get the message but when you press dial all you get is dial tone.
Has any one see / fixed this issue?
We're running CCM 4.1.3 Sr 1 and OS 2000.2.7.sr6.

Behaviour change from 4.0(x) and 4.1(x). 4.0(x) Callback was per phone. 4.1(x) callback is per line
Symptom:
CallBack fail to activate if a Called Phone goes offhook/onhook.
Conditions:
Phone A: Line 1 - 3011
Phone A: Line 2 - 3012
Phone B: Line 1 - 3013
Phone B: Line 2 - 3014
1. Phone A/Line2 goes off hook and dial 3012
2. While in RingOut State, hit CallBack Softkey on Phone A
3. Phone B hit speaker button get dialtone and hit speaker button again to end the call. We went offhook on Phone B/Line 1.
Phone A doesn't get any notification about Phone B/Line 2 being available.
Because Phone B/Line 2 didn't go offhook, but Phone B/Line 1 went offhook.
Workaround:
Go Ofhook on Phone B/Line 2 and that will activate/update Phone A

I belive that SR2 for CCM will fix this, especiqlly if you are using 7940 & 7960 phones.

If you install the latest firmware for the 7960/40 this will fix your problem.
