ccm 4.1 forwarding phones to a external device.

can do forward all, no problems, (to mobiles, landlines, pbx extn).

When try using forward busy or no answer doesn't work, any ideas?

Could be an issue with the CSS assigned to forward all/busy?

Also I believe that the CSS configured for CFNA/CFB/CFA only takes effect when configured by a user (via ccmuser or the phone) - if you configure it via ccmadmin the device/line CSSs take effect, not those on the CFA/CFB/CFNA.
