How do I run a report to show how many calls were made outbound from a particular phone?
I have an manager who want's to know how many outbound calls his staff are doing per month.

Hi
First, activate the 'Cisco CAR Web Service' on your publisher node.
Then go to https://publisher:8443/car
Log in with the CCM Administrator. I usually go to System/Scheduler/CDR Load and tick 'continuous loading 24/7' and uncheck 'load CDR only', then data will start building up.
From within CAR you can do CDR searches by number, etc.
There are far better third party solutions but this is what you get for 'free'.

Hi,
If u want for a particular phone DN, then , u need to do the search using Extension else for all total calls made , you can take Gateway Utilization report from CDR.
