CRA 2.2 on a dedicated server

Hi,

I'm trying on install CRA on a dedicated server . The installation guide is very unclear , i dont understand if i need to have a CCM 3.1 installed on the server. If i do..then its not a dedicated server anymore . But if i dont, i still need to use disc 1 to install the operation system and it will always ask me for disc 4 so i cant go on without installing CCM 3.1. Any suggestions?

Disk 4 doesn't contain CallManager - that's on a separate disk.

You'll need to use a different license key when requested by the install procedure - see:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/productkey.html

I believe you need the IVR on dedicated server key.

Just choose not to install CCM when you load it. I have it running with 3.1. Well kinda my JTAPI engine crashed and I am working with TAC on fixing it.

Hi,

If i choose not to install CCM i get an error that it cant be installed on a computer without CCM running...:(
