I deploy 100 7960G ip phones with CCM3.3.(4) to my customer. The switch is 3560-48ps. After a few days, some high utilization ip phones' voice quality become poor. After I restart the phones, the voice quality is good. What's the problem?

Try to upgrade the firmware , what about the applications connected to the switch , any multicast applications .Also how you connect your pcs ??

There are no multicast applications on the network. All PCs connect to 7960G. I'll tyr to upgrade the firmware and to see if it's work. Thanks.

I think you should check your QoS first. Is the poor quality between IP phones or IP phones to gateways? or IP phones to another site over the WAN?

When the poor quality occurs, it only happens on the high utilization ip phones and no matter where the phones call. At the same time, other ip phones' voice quality are good. I think the problem is on the 7960G itself, but I don't know where to adjust the settings.

You could ask the user to hit the i button on the phone twice to bring up the call statistics window and report the drops and jitter stats.
What exactly do you mean by poor quality? Is there echo, choppiness, tinny sounding etc...
