I wonder if anyone has run into this issue. I have a PRI that is up and working fine, except for the long distance. The long distance provider should be providing a tone to allow the user to enter a pin number or access code to complete the call, but is not, and the call does not go through. When the Long distance provider removes the need for account codes the call goes right through. The Long distance provider says I am not providing the right information (I want to say pick code, but I could be wrong) where can I change that. Or is it something I can change.
thanks
Ken

We experienced the same problem.
We had to add the following command in the our 3661 gateway, which solved the problem immediately.
Global command:
voice call send-alert

I have a document on how to add PIC codes. You need to send the proper information in order for the Telco to send correctly.
