Meet-me Problem in CCM 4.0(1)sr2a and 4.0(2)

Having a problem with the Meet-me function in both CCM 4.0(1)sr2a and 4.0(2). two phones in same partition, 1st phone access meet-me #, when the second phone tries to access meet-me number it get's re-order on both releases.. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Upgraded from CCM 3.3 but not sure if it functioned on that release.

If you are using a Cisco 7910 IP Phone, make sure that you have configured the Meet-Me Conference feature on the phone template.

I am experiencing the same problem on 4.0(2). Anyone got any ideas?

I found that the conference initiator is the only one needing to press the meet-me button to initiate the call. The other participants just dial the meet-me number as a regular call and it connects.
