MoH file download

I am trying to download music on hold file from CUCM using sFTP. The thing is that I can not connect to the server using FileZilla or any other software. Is there any additional configuration I must perform on the CUCM to accept sFTP connections?

I tried a dump sFTP server, where I specify only port number to listen to, username, password and Root path.

Then I go to CUCM server and execute

file get activelog mohprep/SampleAudioSource.ulaw.wav,

specify sFTP IP address, port number, username and password, directory to download to and the only thing I get is "Invalid download directory specified." message from CUCM. On the sFTP server in the root directory I can only see a folder named mohrep but nothing in it..

Where is the problem?

i use CUCM7. The moh files also could be found in the backup .tar files.

got same error on CUCM 8.6.2.22900-9 using software Core FTP mini-sftp-server, on a Microsoft Windows [Version 5.2.3790]

Yet I see an entry created in the moh folder - an IP address folder, with a date/time sub-folder and an mohprep sub-folder in that ... but no moh file !

Any ideas, is this a rights issue on my laptop or a missing step?

I just was able to do this using freeFTPd using the following steps found on the link:

The difference here is I used a backslash rather than what everyone is doing above using a forward slash which is causing it to reject the directory.

I downloaded the entire MOH directory since I needed all the files in this case.

Hi All,

I was about to perform these MoH steps in order to download the file i need (editing purposes), however this file is currently being used in a live environment.  Does this just copy the file or does it actually transfer the file from CUCM?  I definitely do not want to impact business, can anyone confirm/advise?
