Hi,
I have this prroblem with the Cisco Meeting Place Express 2.0. I restart the server and run the Cisco Unified Meeting Place Express and so show that message:
"The connection was refused when attempting to contact mpe.xxx.xxx"
(xxx.: domain name of the enterprise client)
The interfaces of the server are up, and the conectivity is successfull to gateway and dns servers.
What can I do?

Have you tried updating the hosts and lmhosts files of the PC that is accessing the MPE webpage?
Also does it work if you use the IP Address instead of teh hostname?

You can restarting tomcat service on the server

I restart the tomcast service and the problem is not resolve .
