Reporting incomming calls

With CAR/CDR you can make reports from every IP phone who his calling an other phone .

But is it possible to make a report where in you can see all the nummers that called a phone. Or is that information not in the CAR databse

CallManager has very basic reporting capabilities. For more reporting features you need 3rd party reporting application.

Or you can query CDR databse in SQL. That's what I do. Here is an excellent article how to query CDR in SQL. Use your cisco ID to get to the URL http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a00801d71c5.shtml

It is in the CAR db, if you run the CDR Search by user/extension you will notice all incoming and outgoing calls from a particular phone. That means you can develop SQL query to create a report.
