Hi,
We are trying to synchronize our Outlook contacts information with CCMuser Personal Address Book. The problem is, our clients run the Corporate option rather than Internet only. As such, we cannot synchronize the contacts we require. I understand that when running the plug-in, the WAB is accessed, suggesting this is where the contacts information must exist. Is there any way we can work around this, and avoid exporting individual users contacts to a CSV file and then importing these contacts?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as our customer believes this to be very important. There's no way the customer will purchase Personal Assistant solely for this purpose.

I researched the same problem and found that the PAB will not syncronize with Outlook when in Exchange Mode. I had to just export my contacts as a CSV then import them into the WAB, then run the syncronizer. It's a pain in the neck because it doesn't keep up anything up-to-date automatically, but that's what I resorted to.
