Why can't I update software in Webex Room Navigator CS-T10-TS-K9=TTC5-15 with kit-mini-k9 in same version?

Hi everyone:

                  We got new version of cs-kit-mini-k9 suit,the touch panel now is Webex Room Navigator CS-T10-TS-K9=TTC5-15 instead of telepresence touch 10 TTC5-09.the touch panel is wired connect to codec directly but can not complete pairing,then we updated software to 9.15.0.11,after update,the codec is been updated to 9.15.0.11,but the touch panel stiil stay in 9.14,how can we update them in same software version,thanks.

Can you reset the Codec and try.

If your video conferencing device is not running a newer software version, Cisco Webex Room Navigator cannot connect to it.

On-premises: CE9.14.3 or later

Webex cloud: RoomOS from September 2020 When you have upgraded the video device, the Room

Navigator will connect to it. For Webex cloud, see page 2.

Finally,we updated the software to 9.15.3.17,then the touch panel followed update automaticlly,we update the device to 9.15.0.11 because here's a provision by company,today  we called cisco service hotline,engineer told us update to 9.15.3.17 to solve this issue.
