Hi
So I had RTR setup on a Cat4000 running IOS 12.1.8a for measuring jitter between the 4000 and a 2621 at the remote site. I wanted to make a change to the frequency and the docs said that you have to kill the rtr schedule associated with the rtr process number...so I did a 'no rtr schedule 1' which said that I had to wait untill it cycled again, which I did, and when that was done, the schedule changed to pending instead of run now and when I try to do a 'no rtr 1' it takes the command, but if I do a 'show run' I still see rtr 1 and all its config still in the running config. If I try to configure rtr 1, it says "Entry already exists and cannot be modified". If I try to reschedule rtr 1, it says "RTR: cannot schedule entry which is being reset." I really need to get rid of this rtr 1, any ideas? Thanks
jason

You are most likely running into this bug. Workaround is do "no rtr". The drawback is obvious. But if you don't have a whole lot entries, it's worth a shot
