I have just finished setting up and migrating from ASAs to FTDs. I want to setup hardware alerts that would let my team know if there is a hardware issue with either of my FTDs. They are in an HA pairing. What would be a good set of alerts to setup? In the Configure Health Alerts I see quite a few "modules". Also, if a hardware based alert is triggered is Cisco Smartnet alerted as well? We do have a contract and I can verify through FMC Smart License status the device usage authorization is syncing with Cisco. But this is with software. I am fairly sure the smart call home portal that used to work for my ASAs is not used by the FTDs.
