HI,
I can not ping my serial interface from my router. I have logged in my router via console and get everything up . But mistrious trouble is that I can not ping it. Will you please professy ?

Hi,
What kind of line are you using? Is it a leased line / broadband or what ?
I can see a lot of input errors on the serial interface. Try clearing the counters, then try to ping the interface.
Also, try the same with the local loop.
What kind of router are you using? Can you send a show config??

Hi,
1Are u using any converter / modem before router?
2.Clear the input error/crc
3.If you are using the converter/modem ,give the loop from converter/modem.Check the input error/crc

Hi,
Fact is that the Problem has been solved. There was a error in transmission line.
But Still I am not convinced . Can you imagine that the idiot has shown that the every interface is up and I can not able to ping?
