Good morning team,
I'm upgrading the IOS on my 3945 this morning, and I think I accidentally deleted something I wasn't supposed to. Now I was able to do recovery via ROMMON and the tftpdnld -r command and get the upgraded image loaded into the router successfully.
However I did a reload command to see if the device would reboot like normal and it booted into ROMMON again and it said it could not open the IOS image..
So I used the following command to set the boot image:
boot system flash flash0:c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.157-3.M5.bin
Hit reload again and it still booted into ROMMON and I had to do the tftpdnld -r command to reload the image.
So what am I missing? Below is the sh ver output.

In ROMMON enter dev and look at available devices, then do dir bootflash: or other available devices.
Do “set” and check BOOT variable

There's only one and it's called "flash:".
Post the complete output to the command "dir flash:" (in ROMMON).

Never mind guys I figured it out. I just removed the second flash card, and did a standard copy tftp flash command and it works just fine now.
