It should, what IOS are you running? Send me the output of sh policy-map int before and after clearing the counters.

You could bounced the qos policy config...take it out and put it back in.

Hi,
Ran accross this too,
Routeur wouldn't clear the policy-map counters (sh policy-map int xx) when clearing the specific interface...
Try clearing counters for all interfaces, worked for me..
ie:
clear counters
!## Make sure you hit enter to confirm at this prompt : Clear "show interface" counters on all interfaces [confirm]
Good Luck

Hi,
On my Cisco 2821 I used the following to clear the Service Policy counters on the Multilink interface.
clear counters mu1
or
clear counters multilink 1
Hopes this helps.

The only way I could reset the policy-map counters on an interface was remove it from the interface and put it back on.
