Hello to the Community,
Currently we own two 7301 routers which act as LNS servers in our network,
While connecting directly to those routers, on a separate interface, and send some pings I'm getting some response times of over 200ms.
Those routers has average of 50% CPU utilization and they serve around 1500 brodband connection each.
What could be the reason for this behavior?
What else can i check on the router?
Thanks ahead,
Tal

Ping response time on routers are of little significace, because priority is giving to switching packets first.
So, there is nothing to worry about, and nothing to be done.

It's seems you right, i have changed the scheduler allocate value from 5000 300 to 3000 1000, which now allocate more time for process-switch processes, and the RTT is stay steady without high peaks as it was before.
Thanks.
