Hi All,
I have an ISR4321/K9 device which rebooted due to "Software Exception error".
Want to know if it's related to some kind of bug?
Logs: Critical software exception, check bootflash:crashinfo_RP_00_00_20181029-102113-BDT.
BDT: %PMAN-3-PROCFAIL: SIP0: pman.sh: The process btrace_rotate.sh has failed (rc 1)
Thanks!!

Yes. Software Exceptions are not planned events. ;-)
Without more detail there's no way of knowing which bug or if it's been seen before.

What firmware is the router running on?
See if you can export the file "crashinfo_RP_00_00_20181029-102113-BDT" and attach it to the thread.
