We are using a port channel for our up streaming router (Cisco ASR1001x) and there is a problem after configuring the port channel of it. We used GigabitEthernet0 / 0/0 and GigabitEthernet0 / 0/1 to create that port channel. But there is no Rx traffic from GigabitEthernet0 / 0/1. Please refer the details below which we obtained from the router and advise on this matter.

The port channel did now work properly. When the traffic transferring process only one port is work(Gi0/0/0) but the other port(Gi0/0/1) did not get the traffic through it.Please find the following details of the show interfaces summary.

Other side of etherchannel use wrong hash making all traffic flow through one port not load balance between port.

. But there is no Rx traffic from GigabitEthernet0 / 0/1.
how is your Loadbalance configuration done.
I do below steps to verify : when you get chance and maintenance window to test.
1. check the Physical cables if any one having issue.
2. you can shutdown the active link see other traffic able to pass using the other interface.
3. check the load-balance config of etherchannel - show etherchannel load-balance
ASR by default do Flow based, if you looking VLAN based you need to look below config guide :
4. post below output
show run interface gi0/0/0
show run interface gi0/0/1
show interface gi0/0/0
show interface gi0/0/1
show run interface po1

What equipment do you have on the other end of this port channel and what is the port channel config on the other end ?
