[SS7 issue] If TCAP message size has increased ..

I have been using the Cisco 7613 for SS7 and SIGTRAN service.

What i want to know that if the TCAP original message which received from SMS Message server (SMSC) size has increased,

Please let me know to consider matters.

(As far as know, TCAP messages are application layer. so SS7 Signaling gatway does not be concerned the size or length. right?)
