Yes ,After the reboot it's worked

So you looking for the reason to reboot ? since reboot erases the logs, if you have Syslog configured maybe you get some logs as evidence.
how long the router was up before it was crashed or reloaded? any power issue around ?

Firstly, I commend anyone posting a screenshot with the "Activate Windows" visible. Very brave. Bravo.
Next, I will not be making any troubleshooting attempts because there is no "workable" information other than the screenshots of SNMP logs.
What, pray, is the problem?
Post the complete output to the command "sh version".

"sh version" output shows the router had a power outage.
02-21-2022 12:24 AM
Can you explain what sort of power issue ? we also rebooted the router after the router was stucked
02-21-2022 04:01 AM
System returned to ROM by power-on
as mentioned if you do not have syslog server which offloaded any logs, we do not know the reason, so setup a syslog server if you can so in the future if that occurs you can find the root cause.

Could you please explain us how you told there is issue with power by looking at show version.

What is the difference between the "log.txt" files and the SNMP log screenshot? They look the same to me.
