Verify traffic is routed with OSPF when running multiple routing protocols

Hi is there a way you can verify that traffic is routing with OSPF when you are running multiple routing protocols (say EIGRP) on a L3 switch or router? Both protocols show the same routes but I would like to verify that data is routed with OSPF before removing EIGRP.

The way to verify that, is to check which protocol is the source of the route in the RIB.

Check the routing table and OSPF Database.
