Hi,
not sure if i understand this question correct.
In general a
global command
means that it is NOT interface specific, or subcommand specific on a router.
It affects the behaviour of the router as a whole, not a individual interface or task.
I.e.
ipx routing
is a global command
interface ethernet 4/1
ipx network ....
is a interface subcommand.

what of the following descriptions best descripe the global command??
a- a command that avilaleble in every IOS relases
b- a command that can be entered witin any configuration mode.
c- a command that configured once which affects the reset of the router operation.
