Where is a SCH overview listing what benefits SCH provides and why a customer would want to use it?

Hello,

 

I'm looking for a basic overview document listing benefits and reasons for utilizing SCH. I couldn't find such a document. I'm interested in SCH for MDS switches.

I often refer people to the below Smart Call Home document for a general outline of the capability:

For specific features regarding MDS devices, there is a document that outlines the logic and response for specific fault codes by product:
