Access Points managed by WLC not displaying in SNTC Portal

I have seen several people on various forums trying to solve this issue.
My customer has a CSPC set up on our network. It has SNMP that validate against our WLCs. We run discovery and the devices are successfully managed. We are able to upload to SNTC successfully. When We go to the portal (and We have waited 24 hours for processing), We see the WLCs, and some APs not all APs. Is there a config item We might have missed to enable items under a managed device to be uploaded and displayed. I understand some admins have similar issues with CUCM and phones managed by it.

Discovered ( managed device list ) is not the same as devices collected. when was the last time the collection profile run? also do not have an upload profile as that may only uplod the discovered data and not the collected data?

Hi Adias,

Thanks for your help. We followed all the steps before uploading the file to SNTC.

What’s curious is that I can see all the WLCs in CSPC, but in the SNTC portal, only a portion of the Access Points appears. The total number of APs in the network is 400, but the portal only shows 150.

Do you have any insights on what might have happened to the missing APs?

Thanks,

Hi Adias,

Could a I send some information for you in private to check the information?
