Assigning External CBR Access Issues.

Hey everyone,

So right now we're trying to assign CBR Access to allow visibility to some of our staff to a customer we're working with. Only one person is able to be granted access, while the rest are having issues and being met with this error message:

Any insight to the issue would be helpful, thank you very much. The individuals are a part of the company holding Smart net Total Care contracts, so we figured there would at least be the ability to allow access to others, right?

Can you private message me customer and partner user details along with smart entitled contract between partner company and customer company?
