CAN'T ACCESS SNTC PORTAL

Hello team, I have added 2 accounts for access to the SNTC portal, one is more than 15 days old and the other more than 24 hours ago, the status of the users is approved in CSAM and I have received the confirmation email, however I can not access because it redirects me to the following page:
