Hi, I have problems to access the SNTC Portal, in attachment I show all things I have done.
It's always pending approval, I don't know what's wrong.

Hi There!
Please retry accessing the portal in some time.
It takes a few hours for the role changes to flow from CSAM into SNTC system.

Hi There,
The request is pending DA approval. The Customer DA can log-into the CSAM Portal and approve the request through User-Role Assignments - Pending Role Assignments.

The customer (infra@santajoana.com.br) is the DA. It's already approved by Sharon Alarcon

This is DA role that is active. This role grants the customer access to the CSAM Tool.
The DA needs to further assign SNTC User-roles (Customer Admin or Customer User) to the users, these roles allow access to SNTC Portal.
