I am trying to log into our company's CSAM account, for which I am an administrator. I am told that I cannot continue until I accept an agreement. When I try to do so I get:
I have been trying this for over a week. I was told to use an Incognito or Private browser window, but that's not working and I've stopped getting responses from Cisco High Touch Technical Support. Please help!

Note that clicking on the "My Cisco Workspace" link does not lead to any place where I can actually open a case. The instructions are not useful.

The reason I haven't replied to this is that I'm still working with my Cisco Account Representative to find out what the contract number is.
