Cannot change password aged for admin

Hi guys

I logged in to Collector and he warned me that I need to change the admin password immediately but after entering the new passwords he returns with "access denied" and asks for the previous password, thus remaining in a loop.

Hey lfigueredo,

 

When entering new password, are you following the necessary requirements?  I believe this includes of at least 8 characters long, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.

 

Do you have the login credentials for collectorlogin and root access?

Yes, the new password is following the necessary requirements and I tried
the "collectorlogin" too but him is aged too and had the same problem,
unfortunately.

Hey lfigueredo,

 

You are still seeing this after rebooting the box?  Unfortunately, if none of the accounts are accessible then we can't do any troubleshooting to look in further.  Is there potentially a memory shortage?
