I cannot see my collection profile in the upload processing on the SmartNet Total Care page. I've done this process like 54 hours ago.
This is the upload log:
"Upload UPLOADING: SUCCESSFUL; Certificate: CSP0009035338; Directory: _gomanaged/134_1; File: transport-inventory-1551628610294.zip; Other Details: SUCCESS"

Hi Ricardo,
Are you still facing this issue? I see that latest upload from March 4 has been processed and reflecting on the portal now under Upload Processing.

I only see 3 old uploaded csv files.

Hey Ricardo,
When you log-into SNTC Portal, you need to change your inventory selection from Global Filter.
This will allow you to view all inventories you have created so far and then you can select the inventory that you are interested in to check the upload processing status.
To do this, you may click the pencil icon next to customer name on the left navigation pane.
