# of my customers can't give me CBR Admin access. I need to know why.

Hello,

 

Could you please PM me the corresponding contracts between your partner company and the end-customers? 

 

I'd like to validate that they have completed the necessary on-boarding and associations as well as the output from the CSAM tool itself.
