We have a customer with a very large network that we'd like to try the CDP method of discovery. I've not done that before, is there any documentation around that? The CSPC user guide is very vague.

Hey JSM92,
There is no documentation for specifically CDP discovery that I know of. As mentioned in the CSPC Guide, only three items are needed to be set for CDP. Setting protocol as CDP, hop count (number of hops the discovery should look), and seed IP addresses. The hops will depend on how large the network is and for the seed IPs, choose centralized, core devices.
Thanks,
Justin
