Change Alerts Status

I can not change the status of any alerts on the CSPC portal. I enclose the error that throws me

Hi There,

 

Alert status is changed from under the Administration -> Active Alerts report on the portal. Here you can respond to alerts either by individual affected devices or by all affected devices.
