Collaboration VMs

Hi

I'm just after confirmation, please, that Collaboration Applications deployed as VMs - i.e. CUCM, UCX, etc - are discovered using SNMP and that nothing else needs to be done?

Correct.  To discover IP Phones, you need to make sure that in addition the CCM SNMP service is enabled in serviceability otherwise the CCM MIBs won't respond.
