Hi there,
My customer has five ASA5510 but only one of them has the serial number collected. The others 4 has blanked space, no serial number collected.
How can this problem be fixed?

Hello,
You can verify SNMP connectivity with the snmpwalk command in the linux shell.
First, SSH to the CSPC with the admin user (CLI admin user, not GUI admin user)
Next, create/activate the users collectorlogin and root.
admin# pwdreset root 90
And
admin# pwdreset collectorlogin 90
it will activate those accounts and generate their passwords ( keep them where you can refer to them in the future)
Next, via SSH, login to the collector as user collectorlogin and then use command below to connect as root (cannot connect directly)
# su root
Then, you can use the snmpwalk command to verify that SNMP returns data for your missing ASAs. If snmpwalk fails to return any data, then please check the snmp RO configuration for the ASAs.
Thanks,
Ye

Hi Ye,
The devices are being collected sucessfully, the problem is that on the SNTC portal, there informations missing as you can see in the image below, only the first ASA shows the complete informations:
Are you saying if I run the snmpwalk command I'll see informations about serial number collection?
