Hello,
I have a customer that has CSAM access issues after being associated and assigned a role in the CSAM tool. They have the right privileges to access the portal, have tried different browsers and refreshed cache, but it seems they aren't able to access the portal still despite being properly associated with CSAM.
Any assistance would be appreciated, please. Thank you!
