Hello team,
Recently we are having some problems with several customers regarding the association of the CBR Admin role in CSAM, I have already validated all the points necessary for association, which are:
1. Confirmation of the need for a valid Smart Law contract between the Partner Company and the Client Company.
2. Guarantee that the Partner user has been integrated into a Partner Company on CSAM.
3. Verified the alignment of the company hierarchy between the Partner and Client Companies and their respective contracts.
4. Identify that the account has the associated contract.
And yet we continue to have problems, in a recent treatment a backend problem was reported and a request for manual registration of CBR Admin was opened, could you check on this CSAM problem?

I have reviewed it and noticed that the contract is not associated with the account.
Please associate the contract, try again and if the issue persist, let me know.
