CSPC 2.10 GUI password reset issue

Our CSPC GUI password will expire soon. When I log into web interface, the password reset warning pops-up. If choose to reset the password now, it prompts that we haven't specified password reset questions and answers.  If I choose No, the system shows me the password reset question interface, then with internal error...  Is there any other way to reset GUI password?
