CSPC 2.10 New Install, Fails on Register (Trial)

When registering (the trial option) it fails after approximately 10 min with error message:

"Applying trial license on CSPC timed out. Please try Again"

I tried it several times with same result. Attached are some screenshots showing the problem and also some logs.

Hi danielbarri,

 

The Trial version isn't supported temporarily. The Development team is working on it and will possibly find a resolution soon.

Hi danielbarri,

We would like to inform you that for all the collectors (Trial certificate, upgrade, cco setup) the Trial version isn't supported due to which you are receiving the "Timed Out" error. The CSPC collector requires the services of either SNTC or BCS.
If you are looking to avail the SNTC services, then in this case you need to create an SNTC account and generate the Entitlement for the same.

Is the Trial Certificate not supported temporarily or it won't be supported at all? If it won't why is this option available in the quick start wizard?

I also tried the trial version (today 31/1/22) and i get also the time-out.

Do you have an estimation date on when this issue will be fixed?

Hello after more than 1 one year. Does CSPC 2.10.0.1 support the option TRIAL License ?

YES or NO, if NO, why that option is in the wizard ?
