CSPC 2.8 UpLoad Fails - The Exception is :: HTTPs TransportMode has Failed Connection to https://nettools-upload.cisco.com refused

The next appear when I try to do an Upload: "A connectivity exception occured while processing the request. The Exception is :: HTTPs TransportMode has Failed Connection to https://nettools-upload.cisco.com refused"

Do you know what the issue could be?

Thanks!

Hi, thanks for your help.

Now the error is this, after I executed the workaround you indicated to me, "A connectivity exception occured while processing the request. The Exception is :: HTTPs TransportMode has Failed Connection to https://72.163.7.113 refused"

This indicates that your FW is not allowing traffic to https://72.163.7.113 (concsoweb-prd.cisco.com), please update your FW rules and test the upload again.

In the firewall that ip with port 443 is allowed. If you want I can send you some screenshots to show you what happens in the firewall, because I can not find why the collector can not establish communication with that page.

One error in the Firewall is:  SYN Timeout between the collector´s ip and the ip 72.163.7.113 port 443

Dear, the error in the Firewall is: SYN Timeout between the collector's ip and the ip 72.163.7.113 port 443

It is also tested with proxy and the error is the same but with the proxy ip

request. The Exception is :: HTTPs TransportMode has Failed Connection to http://10.x.x.x :8080 refused

Does anyone have any ideas?

This indicates that the CSPC is unable to transfer packets over HTTPs on that IP. Please update your proxy or FW rules to allow traffic to leave the network and reach Cisco.
