CSPC and ServiecNow communication

Hi team,

Back in 2017 a Cisco Employee had suggested that there may be APIs available in 2018 to enable communication between CSPC and SN.

Someone then asked a question in 2021 on the same thread, but there's no response for it hence starting a new thread.

So, is this available now?

Thanks,

I think there may be a misunderstanding on the words and concepts of  SNTC versus CSPC.  why in your opinion should have APIs from CSPC to Service Now ?

My thinking behind is that it might be helpful if ServiceNow can pull, or CSPC can Push, the actively managed devices to ServiceNow for managing CMDB.

I was under the impression based off the comment below

Again likely you confusing the service SNTC which has a Portal with parsed data with the customer on premise collector (CSPC) which does not have any access to exterior sites other than the site to upload the data to SNTC portal.  There will never be APIs from SNTC collector (CSPC) to Service Now.. However for user of SNTC portal there is already APIs available.  you can review the process at

https://developer.cisco.com/docs/service-apis/#!services-apis-onboarding-process

So what you are saying is that the response made by @tnewell  in the screenshot in my previous comment was incorrect then.  This person is a Cisco Employee so I thought I'd follow up.

You are also saying that with SNTC there are APIs available, and possible enabling integration with ServiceNow.

We are in the process of renewing our support so we'll look into that as I believe we don't currently have access to the SNTC portal.

Thanks,
