CSPC Collector download page moved?

It appears the download link for CSPC has changed.  It now directs you to https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286312935, but I cannot locate the software there.  It doesn't come up in search either, using every combination of the name I can think of.  It doesn't appear under any of the categories show.  Please advise.
